Asphalt Paving in Winston-Salem, NC

Winston-Salem is twenty-one miles up US-52 from Lexington — about half an hour door to door, and close enough that a job there runs like a local one.

Half an hour up 52

From Lexington to Winston-Salem is roughly twenty-one miles on I-285 and US-52, a thirty-minute drive. Forsyth County is outside our home county, but it's near enough that the crew and equipment are on site in the morning and the job runs on the same schedule any Davidson County job would.

Old Salem and everything newer

Winston-Salem is the Forsyth County seat, home to the restored Moravian district at Old Salem and to Wake Forest University out by Reynolda. It's a city of old brick and new construction in roughly equal measure, which is a fair summary of the pavement too: century-old streets with driveways that have been patched more than once, and new builds that need the base put in right the first time.

Good to Know

Common questions in Winston-Salem

Is Winston-Salem in your service area?

Yes — about twenty-one miles up US-52 from Lexington, roughly a half-hour drive. We work in Forsyth County regularly.

Our driveway is old and cracked. Repair or replace?

If the damage covers less than about a third of the surface and the base underneath is sound, a repair usually wins. We'll give you a straight answer in a free on-site estimate either way.

Do you do sealcoating for HOAs and shared drives?

Yes. Shared drives, HOA lots, and church properties are all work we take on, including crack filling, sealcoating, and re-striping on a maintenance schedule.
